After a long absence, Semita Serpens returns from the darkness with two track single, Haunted Skies. Shifting slightly away from the hazy techno of past releases, "Haunted Skies," moves through the sounds of murky and distortion-layered breaks. Tied together with grooves that nearly form a hook, this track reveals a new perspective through the project's same prism.

Meanwhile, the proverbial "B-side" is a wholly different creature all together. Slow and ponderous, "Melting Between the Floorboards," is an 808 fueled slab of dub and low-end. With time kept by shark toothed bass stabs, this an even further shifting of the winds for Semita Serpens
